Han estado pululando por Internet fotos del esperadísimo Honda NSX 2015 rodando por Nürburgring ya que parece ser que la nueva generación de superdeportivos tienen que sufrir diversas pruebas en el circuito alemán para contar con una puesta a punto que concuerde con lo que se espera de ellos, aunque realmente no era un Honda NSX, sino un Acura, pues los encargados del desarrollo del modelo son los chicos de la división de Honda en Estados Unidos.
Y ésto es debido a que Honda fabricará el coche al otro lado del charco ya que lo considera uno de los mercados clave para el modelo. De todos modos esto no es escusa para lo ocurrido, pues una unidad de pruebas del Honda NSX que rodaba por el trazado de Nürbirgring ha terminado calcinada casi por completo.
Honda no ha querido dar detalles de lo ocurrido, pero se sabe que se ha iniciado en la parte trasera del coche y el resultado es impactante. Toda la parte trasera se ha consumido bajo las llamas y solo ha quedado el frontal intacto. Ha desaparecido el interior, parte de los laterales y toda loa zaga al completo. El piloto, por suerte, ha salido ileso.
Con ésto se demuestra una vez más, que el circuito de Nürburgring es uno de los trazados más duros del mundo, tanto para el piloto como para la máquina que se está manejando. y no importa si ha sido por accidente o porque algún elemento mecánico ha llegado a su limite.
No obstante, Honda tiene tiempo para subsanar cualquiera que haya sido el fallo pues no se espera que llegue a producción hasta finales de 2015.
Y personalmente, voy a especular con un posible fallo en el sistema que Honda llama “Sport Hybrid All Wheel Drive” por exceso de calor.
